Grace college and Seminary Indiana or Cleveland Institute of Art?
I plan to major in medical illustration (arts).
I’m an international student, I graduated high school in Egypt and my percentage GPA was 70% and my SAT scores (first time) S.U.C.K it’s a combined score of 1400 out of 2400 BUT I’m very gifted at drawing, do you think I have a chance of getting accepted into these universities?
I meant can I get accepted….excuse me I’m feeling a little dizzy :)

Rochester Institute is very unique, with its large program for deaf/hard of hearing. Your GPA is low and your SATs are too. But Rochester encourages applications from a diverse crowd, so give it a try. You also need a portfolio for their arts program.

Do you live in the USA now? You might need to start at a Community College level to prove that you can do college level work.

Usually, art schools - schools like Cleveland Insitute of Art - aren’t as concerned about your grades and SAT scores as regular universities like RIT and W Maryland. They are primarily interested in your portfolio, and any grades you got in art classes. If you really want to do art, and are sure of that, then you may do better applying to more schools that focus purely on art. Some very good ones include:

    Rhode Island School of Design
Art Institute of Chicago (not the rest of "the Art Institutes" you may find out there. I specifically mean this one school)
    The School of Visual Arts
    Parsons School of Design
    Pratt Institute
    Massachusetts College of Art
The Academy of Art University (California)
    Maryland Institute College of Art
Savannah College of Art and Design

These are all reputable schools whose primary focus will be on your portfolio, rather than your test scores.

There are some excellent art schools within larger universities. You mentioned RIT, and that’s a strong one. Your test scores and grades are pretty low, but I’d probabally still recommend you apply to them. I’m not particularly familiar with W. Maryland or Grace or Seminary Indiana, so I won’t speak to those.
