Do I have a chance of getting accepted in Rochester Institute of Technology or Western Maryland college or?

Grace college and Seminary Indiana or Cleveland Institute of Art?
I plan to major in medical illustration (arts).
I’m an international student, I graduated high school in Egypt and my percentage GPA was 70% and my SAT scores (first time) S.U.C.K it’s a combined score of 1400 out of 2400 BUT I’m very gifted at drawing, do you think I have a chance of getting accepted into these universities?
I meant can I get accepted….excuse me I’m feeling a little dizzy :)
